Meet the Founder

My name is Marsha Kucera

Marsha Kucera, MD, is a family physician, educator, and lifelong adventurer who’s passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences outside the walls of traditional CME delivery. With a background in coaching, operational and strategic leadership, Marsha founded HEAL Coaching and the Adventure CME Retreat to help fellow clinicians rediscover joy in both learning and life. Anyone who's been on a trip organized by Marsha will tell you that it's a life-changing experience!
